The International Air Transport Associate (IATA) Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) has been built upon a "backbone" of audit standards applicable to all ground handling companies worldwide, coupled with a uniform set of standards relevant for the specific activities of any ground handler. As a result, the ISAGO audit can be applied consistently to multinational ground handlers, as well as to smaller companies providing services at a single station.
To create a streamlined ISAGO Auditing process, ProSafeT has provided the ability to conduct ISAGO Audits within the Safety Assurance Module. The platform allows users to add the ISAGO checklist to an Audit within the system and enables users to fill out the checklist within the Module’s mobile responsive platform. ProSafeT also provides streamlined compliance by automatically updating the ISAGO checklist to capture changes made by IATA and also enables users to complete/fill ISAGO Audits in an offline capacity through the use of the Safety Assurance Mobile App.
