The European Community Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft (SAFA) program is a European Program focusing on the performance of ramp inspections on aircraft used by third country operators. In each Participating State, aircraft of operators under the safety oversight of another Member State or of a third country can be subject to a ramp inspection, chiefly concerned with the aircraft documents and manuals, flight crew licenses, the apparent condition of the aircraft and the presence and condition of mandatory cabin safety equipment.

The ProSafeT platform increases the efficiency of capturing SAFA data and performing follow-up actions on SAFA reports. To streamline the SAFA reporting process, ProSafeT has functionality to conduct/record follow-up actions needed for SAFA inspections and produces standardized reports to be disseminated accordingly. The ProSafeT platform also has the capability to automatically capture SAFA ramp inspection data such as the inspection score, findings observed, date/time of the inspection and more.
